Can i purchase on the same day without a reservation?

The website will not allow you to place an order on the same day, However, we do provide options for pre-ordering and local delivery to accommodate your needs.

Please note that the time provided is an estimate for when your cake will be ready. We kindly request that you pick up your order at the time specified in your reservation.

You can conveniently place your order for local delivery or pre-order for store pickup through our website or via Instagram at @koikoco. Please note that reservations cannot be made over the phone.

Our business operates on the following schedule: we are open Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Please note that we offer local deliveries exclusively on Thursdays. You can find us in Costa Mesa at 92626.

If you need to modify your order, such as changing the delivery or pickup date or selecting a different type of cake, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance, and no later than 2:00 PM. You can reach us via email at info@koikoco.com.

Delivery drivers typically follow a standard procedure for dropping off orders. They usually ring the doorbell to alert customers of their arrival. After placing the food outside the customer’s door or in a designated area of the lobby, drivers ensure that the order is left securely. To keep customers informed, the restaurant sends notifications via text or email once the delivery is complete, allowing customers to quickly retrieve their orders.

 

Currently, we do not offer customization options for our cakes. We appreciate the feedback and numerous requests we’ve received, and we may consider introducing this service in the future.

For optimal taste and freshness, it is advised to enjoy the cake on the same day you pick it up. However, if needed, you can refrigerate the cake, and it will remain fresh for up to 4 days.

Do you make lactose-free or sugar-free cakes?

At this time, our products are not available in lactose-free or sugar-free options. However, we are actively working towards offering lactose-free alternatives in the near future.

It is recommended to enjoy the item at room temperature for the best flavor experience. However, it is also perfectly fine to consume it straight from the refrigerator, depending on personal preference. The cake should be kept refrigerated for longer shelf life.

We prepare our cakes fresh each day, ensuring they are served at their best quality. As a result, we do not recommend freezing them, as they do not undergo any freezing process. Enjoy them fresh for the best taste experience!

 We offer two sizes of cakes to suit your gatherings. The Mini cake has a diameter of 4 inches and serves approximately 2 to 4 people. Our standard cake size is 6 inches in diameter, which can accommodate about 6 to 8 people.

Our cakes are uniquely crafted using various types of baked cheese as a foundational ingredient. We blend these cheeses with high-quality components to produce a wide range of flavors and textures, ensuring a delightful experience for your taste buds.

All of our cakes are gluten-free, with the exception of the Molten Lava Cheesecakes. To prevent any cross-contamination, we take careful measures by preparing and baking them in separate pans and using different utensils. Additionally, we disassemble the cheesecakes before serving to ensure the highest standards of safety for those with gluten sensitivities.

The cake is not suitable for vegans, our cheesecake products contain eggs and dairy.

To facilitate any date changes, please ensure that your request is submitted via email at info@koikoco.com at least 48 hours before the desired date. Be sure to include your order number in your message.

It is important to note that we cannot accept exchanges or returns for orders. Since each cake is made to order, we cannot take back food items due to health and safety regulations. If you need to cancel your order, please provide a notice of at least 24 hours. Cancellations made on the day of your order are eligible for a 50% refund. This policy is in place to cover necessary preparation costs incurred for the order.

If you experience any issues with your order, such as a missing item or receiving the wrong cake, please reach out to us, and we will be happy to issue a full refund.
